The Sales Department of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Jinan Commercial Truck Co., Ltd. (“Commercial Truck Sales Department” for short) is a business department under direct control of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group (SINOTRUK for short) and its headquarters address is: No. 53 Mid Wuyingshan Road, Jinan, Shandong, which is responsible for the sales service of two major brands of SITRAK and STR. SITRAK brand is a high-end one, which covers C7 and C5 series; STR brand is a medium-end one, which covers GOLDEN PRINCE-7, HOKA-7, New HOKA-7 and New Huanghe-5, M5G, etc. In addition, it also owns the high-end, medium-end and low-end heavy duty trucks, medium to heavy duty trucks and medium duty trucks, which can meet the product platform requirements of different markets.

The following divisions are established under the control of the Commercial Truck Sales Department: 12 functional departments, 32 subsidiaries, 23 central spare parts storages, 313 franchised distributors, 68 4S stores, 107 brand franchise stores, 73 special refit units and 817 service stations, and it has a distribution, refit, accessory supply and after-sales service network throughout China. As the Commercial Truck Sales Department has applied the domestically advanced Internet management system, its sales, service and spare parts management have hit the target of “integrated service”. As its processes including order acceptance, deposit confirmation, production arrangement, spare parts distribution, vehicle conveying, payment collection, delivery, after-sales service, repair and accessory supply are all applied with the independently-developed “integrated service” information processing network system, it has provided the users with more accurate and more efficient product sales and service platform.

SITRAK and STR products which are consigned by the Commercial Truck Sales Department are manufactured by SINOTRUK Jinan Commercial Truck Co., Ltd. (Jinan Commercial Truck Co., Ltd. for short).

On July 15, 2009, SINOTRUK and German MAN Company signed the long-term strategic cooperation agreement; from then on, all introduced TGA heavy duty truck will be produced by Jinan Commercial Truck Co., Ltd. By means of cooperation, Jinan Commercial Truck Co., Ltd. has introduced the advanced process technology equipment and advanced management and market conceptions, and its product, technology, quality and management have also been rapidly enhanced, resulting in the development towards the internationally advanced level.
