At 10:00am on June 13, Tan Xuguang presided over a joint conference of SHIG, Weichai Group and Sinotruk. Systematic discussions were made on economic operation of companies at all levels in the first half of June in SHIG, domestic and global sales in Sinotruk, the power generation business for big data centers in Weichai, and the governance of Ferretti Group. He also deployed major tasks.

Striving for another historic high in H1

♦  We should guarantee the victory in H1 by achieving the revenue growth by more than 10%, and a surge in the industrial added value, profits and net income attributable to shareholders.

♦  We should divert our strategic focus from domestic market to global market, seizing more share in domestic market, and more sales in overseas market.

♦  We should grasp the opportunities of the global market at unconventional speed under the principle of “important and easy market first, planning globally and seeking synergy among industrial chains”. We will strive to achieve export revenue that exceeds 40% of the total export volume.

Break a new path and take the lead in deepening reform of state-owned enterprises

♦  We should deeply implement the spirit of the Fifth Meeting of the central committee for deepening overall reform, push forward the task of speeding up the state-owned enterprise reform within the group, and build world-class enterprises.

♦  We should further improve modern corporate governance, which requires the standardized, efficient and high-quality running of the meetings organized by Party Committee, Board of Directors and General Manager.

♦  We should strengthen the organizational management of companies at all levels. Democratic life meetings should be held at high standard with full coverage, targeting problems and prescribing the right medicine.
