On December 13, Ye Jianjun, Deputy Party Secretary and Member of the Board of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, visited the production frontline at Sinotruk Jinan Light Truck Manufacturing Co., Ltd. During the visit, he conducted research into the company's production and business operations, and extended care and warmth to employees who were working tirelessly on the frontline despite the harsh winter conditions.
Ye Jianjun engaged warmly with the workers on the production frontline, expressing his sincere gratitude to those steadfastly and selflessly dedicated to their duties. He also delivered winter supplies, including down vests, brown sugar and ginger tea, heating pads, and Ban Lan Gen (a traditional herbal remedy), to help them stay warm in the cold weather.
As part of his research, Ye Jianjun closely examined the company's manufacturing and sales performance, and inspected the workshop's ventilation systems and the availability of cold-weather protection materials. He reminded frontline workers to take necessary precautions against the cold, prioritize safety, and complete their tasks in a healthy and energetic state.
Ye Jianjun stated that in 2024, despite fierce domestic and international market competition, the Group has remained united and resolute, achieving remarkable countertrend growth across all key performance indicators and once again leading the industry. He credited these accomplishments to the hard work of frontline employees and encouraged everyone to continue embracing the motto 'One Family, One Heart, Work Together, Surely Succeed,' and to uphold the spirit of “forever being industrious, forever standing at the forefront, forever striving for the first place” , so as to ensure a successful conclusion to 2024 and build a strong foundation for a robust first quarter in 2025.
At present, secondary units of Sinotruk have begun implementing the 'Caring for Employees, Spreading Warmth Together' initiative, distributing various cold-weather protection supplies to frontline workers to ensure their safety in work and warmth during the winter.
