On January 10-12, as the Chinese New Year approaches, Ye Jianjun, Deputy Party Secretary and Labor Union Chairman of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, visited the 'Triple High' test team in Mohe, Heilongjiang Province, on behalf of Man Shengang, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Group. The delegation inspected the progress of cold region testing work and extended greetings to frontline sales staff in Harbin, where they also held a symposium to hear work reports from the group's local subsidiary offices.
In Mohe, China's northernmost city, temperatures plunged to nearly minus 40 degrees Celsius, with snow-covered landscapes where breath turned to ice. At 6 AM, during the coldest hours, test team members conducted cold-start trials on vehicles. Ye Jianjun visited the test site to learn detailed information about trials of natural gas heavy-duty trucks and new energy large vans, observing brake testing on ice plazas and circular ice-snow tracks. He noted that the 'Triple High' test team is a heroic unit and a standard-bearer for the group, emphasizing their crucial role in the group's technological innovation journey.
Ye Jianjun emphasized that with the Spring Festival approaching, the Shandong Heavy Industry Group's Party Committee is deeply concerned about everyone's wellbeing. On behalf of Party Secretary Man Shengang, he expressed gratitude for the team's dedicated efforts and persistent commitment. He encouraged the team to thoroughly complete and summarize the year's work tasks and prepare for 2025 planning. He particularly urged team leaders to prioritize safety in production, ensuring every team member returns home safely for the holiday.
In Harbin, Ye's delegation surveyed the local market and visited Sinotruk's office to extend greetings. They held a frontline sales symposium to hear reports from local office heads of Shandong Heavy Industry Group's subsidiaries.
He acknowledged that the sales force stationed away from home dedicates themselves wholeheartedly to Shandong Heavy Industry Group's development through year-round travel. He encouraged the Group's sales force to be industrious forever, stand at the forefront forever, strive for the first place forever, take initiative in shouldering responsibilities, thoroughly analyze market demands, continuously improve service systems, and give their all to achieve an excellent start in the first quarter!
