On January 17, Man Shengang, Party Secretary and Chairman of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, met in Jinan with management teams from eight overseas enterprises: Germany-based KION Group, Italy-based Ferretti Group, USA-based PSI, USA-based Dematic, France-based Baudouin, Germany-based Linde Hydraulics, Germany-based ARADEX AG, and Austria-based VDS. They held in-depth discussions about the overseas enterprises' 2024 business performance and key priorities for 2025. Wang Zhijian, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, along with other leadership team members, attended the meeting.
Man Shengang commended the achievements of the Group's overseas enterprises, noting that in 2024, the Group's overseas operations maintained steady growth with significantly improved operational efficiency and profitability, making an irreplaceable contribution to Shandong Heavy Industry's record-breaking business performance.
Man Shengang emphasized that overseas operations are crucial pillars for Shandong Heavy Industry's high-quality development and comprehensive advancement toward world-class status. He called for scientific analysis of the 2025 economic situation, proactive measures, and precise policy implementation in coordinating key annual tasks. He stressed the importance of maintaining confidence and determination in seizing global market opportunities and addressing various risks and challenges. He emphasized the need to enhance work predictability, foresight, and initiative, firmly maintain control of operations, achieve a strong start in the first quarter, and fully accomplish 2025 target tasks.
