On January 18, Shandong Heavy Industry Group held its 2025 annual meeting in Jinan to summarize the Group's 2024 economic performance, analyze current internal and external situations, and scientifically plan key work arrangements for 2025, embarking on a new journey to reach new heights and achieve new accomplishments. Man Shengang, Party Secretary and Chairman of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, delivered a speech titled 'Forever being industrious, forever standing at the forefront, and forever striving for the first place- Accelerating Towards a World-Class High-end Equipment Multinational Group.' Wang Zhijian, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager, presided over the meeting, while Ye Jianjun, Deputy Party Secretary and Director, announced the commendation decisions.
Man Shengang pointed out that 2024 was an extraordinary, challenging, and remarkable year in Shandong Heavy Industry's development history. The Group's new leadership team maintained clear-minded rationality, high morale, and passionate dedication, developing through inheritance, innovating while maintaining principles, and advancing while building on past achievements. Despite dual pressures from insufficient global economic growth momentum, increasing unstable and uncertain factors, and intensified domestic competition in the low-performing equipment manufacturing industry, the Group achieved record-breaking results across all major operating indicators. Annual consolidated revenue reached 550 billion yuan, up 9% year-on-year, while total profit reached 28.1 billion yuan, up 29% year-on-year. The Group maintained continuous improvement in operational efficiency and industry-leading profitability, ranking first among provincial state-owned enterprises. Overall, the Group demonstrated continuous optimization of market layout and strengthened industry-leading advantages. Global coordination underwent comprehensive upgrade while overseas industrial development became more stable. Export growth maintained high levels with more prominent contribution from business increment. Innovation-driven development accelerated with more vibrant technological momentum. Reform deepening was comprehensively strengthened with a more complete group control system. Additionally, ideological consensus continued to consolidate with stronger cultural leadership.
Man Shengang emphasized that in 2025, the Group will focus on achieving a victorious conclusion to the '14th Five-Year Plan' and planning well for the '15th Five-Year Plan' by fully advancing the '12345' development strategy.

The meeting recognized and rewarded Shandong Heavy Industry Group's outstanding organizations and individuals for 2024. Man Shengang presented awards to units winning first prize, second prize, and special contribution awards in the 'Fourth Quarter Campaign,' while Ye Jianjun presented awards to the 2024 Corporate Culture Stars and Corporate Culture Model Units.
The meeting included the signing of 2025 party building work target responsibility statements and business target responsibility statements. Man Shengang signed the 2025 Shandong Heavy Industry Group’s business target responsibility statement with Wang Zhijian and party building work target responsibility statements with party organization leaders of subsidiary enterprises. Wang Zhijian signed 2025 business target responsibility statements with main leaders of subsidiary enterprises.
Senior executives from Weichai Group, Sinotruk, Shantui Construction Machinery Co., Ltd., Weichai Lovol Intelligent Agriculture, Shaanxi Heavy Duty Automobile, and KION Group made commitment speeches for a strong start in the first quarter.
During the annual meeting, special report sessions were held where experts delivered presentations on global economic outlook, new energy and digital transformation development, and global brand and cultural development.
More than 700 participants attended the meeting in person, including Shandong Heavy Industry management members, headquarters staff, and management members of major domestic subsidiary companies, overseas company management, and assigned representatives.
