On February 28, Man Shengang visited DP World and held discussions with Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem, Group Chairman and CEO of DP World, reaching consensus on further promoting the group's business development in free trade zones and expanding cooperation in more areas. DP World is a global leader in end-to-end supply chain solutions and one of the world's largest port terminal operators, providing integrated services for container terminals, free trade zones, and logistics centers. Its Jebel Ali Port in Dubai is the largest port in the Middle East, and the Jebel Ali Free Zone is the region's largest free trade zone.
Subsequently, Man Shengang visited Weichai Middle East Company in the Jebel Ali Free Zone, met with local employees, and held a business coordination meeting. He emphasized that internationalization strategy is currently the group's top priority, with Dubai serving as Shandong Heavy Industry's bridgehead for accelerating market expansion in the Middle East and Africa. Weichai Middle East Company should focus on local customer needs, continuously enhance the competitiveness of high-end power products and brand influence, and accelerate expansion in the energy and power markets. On March 1, Weichai Power and India's Sterling Group signed a new cooperation agreement in Dubai to deepen strategic cooperation in rapidly expanding India's energy and power market. Jin Zhao, Assistant General Manager of Weichai Power, and Sanjay Jadhav, CEO of Sterling Group, signed the agreement, witnessed by Man Shengang and Khurshed Daruvala, Chairman of Sterling Group. On the afternoon of February 26, Man Shengang visited Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) and witnessed the signing of a procurement agreement between Zhongtong Bus and UAE's Swaidan Company. Swaidan Company, a subsidiary of Al Naboodah Group, is one of the largest automotive sales companies in the region. Recently, in partnership with Zhongtong Bus, they successfully won a major public transport tender from Dubai RTA, including the UAE's first bulk purchase of pure electric buses, marking the first entry of Chinese bus products into the UAE's public transportation system and representing another solid step for Zhongtong Bus in the international high-end market. Li Pengcheng, General Manager of Zhongtong Bus, and Medhat Shukri, CEO of Al Naboodah Group, signed the agreement, witnessed by Man Shengang, Ahmed Bahrozyan, CEO of Dubai RTA, and Ajit Kumar, CEO of Swaidan Company, followed by a ceremonial cake cutting. On February 28, Man Shengang visited Emirates Transport and held discussions with Peter Jorgensen, CEO of Emirates Transport, regarding deepening cooperation in the bus sector. Emirates Transport is one of the UAE's leading transport service providers and Zhongtong's largest customer in the UAE, having purchased multiple models including school buses, commuter buses, and tourist coaches in bulk. Currently, Zhongtong Bus has become the Chinese bus brand with the highest market share in the UAE, providing high-quality solutions for local transportation development.

Continuing to Lead as Global Pioneer Among Chinese Heavy-duty Truck Brands
On February 27 morning, Man Shengang visited Sinotruk's dealer Galadari Group in Dubai and held discussions with Mohammed, Vice Chairman and CEO of Galadari Group. The group, one of the UAE's largest enterprises, operates Galadari Trucks and Heavy Equipment Company, which handles truck and equipment business, selling Sinotruk's high-end Sitrak brand trucks with significant market share. Subsequently, the delegation proceeded to Abu Dhabi to attend the signing ceremony of a cooperation agreement between dealer Galadari and a major customer, along with a Sitrak truck delivery ceremony. The customer is one of the UAE's largest engineering project subcontractors and a key client of Sinotruk vehicles.

On February 27 afternoon, accompanied by Mohammed, General Manager of Al Ain United Company, and Tariq, General Manager of Abdulla Al Qamzi Transport and General Contracting, Man Shengang inspected the Abu Dhabi Housing Department's infrastructure project in Al Ain city. Shantui loaders, excavators, bulldozers, and Sinotruk Sitrak dump trucks are involved in loading, excavating, backfilling, and leveling operations, meeting customer needs with integrated construction solutions. Currently, Shantui continues to intensify its market development efforts in the UAE, achieving rapid sales growth across its full range of construction machinery products, with significantly enhanced brand recognition and influence.
