Shandong Heavy Industry Group and Sinotruk Jointly Hold Specialized Compliance Training

With changing domestic and international environments and continuously improving requirements of relevant laws and regulations, the importance of corporate compliance management is increasingly prominent. To further implement the Shandong State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission's requirements for provincial enterprises' compliance management, and to enhance corporate compliance management levels and strengthen compliance awareness among all employees, Shandong Heavy Industry Group and Sinotruk jointly organized specialized compliance training on March 25.

The event invited external experts to deliver specialized lectures on New Company Law Revisions and Response Guidelines and Overseas Investment Supervision and Compliance. The lectures provided accessible and in-depth instruction on corporate governance structures under the new Company Law, as well as compliance content regarding investment and trade, overseas employment, overseas taxation, and intellectual property. This helped participants deepen their understanding and awareness of the new Company Law and provided important insights for enterprises 'going global' on how to better adapt locally, ensure compliance, and secure development in the current situation.

The increasingly complex global business environment and new challenges brought by technological advancements have placed ever-higher demands on the reform and development of state-owned enterprises. Continuously optimizing corporate compliance strategies and cultivating awareness that legal compliance is everyone's responsibility will become an indispensable strategic component for every state-owned enterprise. To further strengthen compliance management at group headquarters and subsidiaries, Shandong Heavy Industry Group has formulated and issued the 2025 Compliance Management Work Key Points, deploying major compliance management work for the entire group. This specialized training fired the 'first shot' of this year's group compliance training plan. Regular professional compliance training will effectively improve group employees' ability to use compliance thinking and legal methods to deepen reform, promote development, prevent risks, maintain stability, and resolve conflicts, helping group employees more confidently address various challenges in domestic and international business, strongly supporting the group's future high-quality development.

More than 220 people from relevant departments of Shandong Heavy Industry Group and its subsidiaries participated in the training through online and offline methods.
