Families and Company United, Dreams Shared | SINOTRUK Holds 2026 Family Open Day

On August 14, SINOTRUK’s 2026 Family Open Day, themed “Families and Company United, Dreams Shared,” concluded successfully at the Science and Technology Building campus. More than 100 employees and their family members gathered at SINOTRUK to share in the warmth between families and the company and witness the joyous moment of young people realizing their dreams. Liu Wei, Deputy Party Secretary and President of SINOTRUK, and Jiang Pengpeng, Deputy Party Secretary and Chairman of the Trade Union, attended the event and spoke warmly with employees’ families. They extended warm congratulations to the students who had achieved excellent results in the college entrance examination and expressed sincere gratitude to all employees’ family members for their longstanding support of the Group’s development.

At the event, representatives of five employee families from different business areas of the Group took the stage together. From parents’ pursuit of excellence at work to their children’s late-night study at their desks, the paths of two generations of striving quietly converged, writing the same story of perseverance and passion. Looking back on every moment along their journey of growth, the student representatives poured their heartfelt thoughts into a “Letter of Love”: “Both of my parents work at SINOTRUK. Our family tradition of diligence and hard work has shaped my rigorous and conscientious attitude toward study.” “My father’s day-after-day dedication to his work taught me the meaning of responsibility.” “When I saw on the news that SINOTRUK trucks were being exported around the world, I finally understood what an extraordinary thing my parents were doing.” “Just as SINOTRUK people build every vehicle well, I will take every step of my life carefully and steadfastly.” “I hope to have more opportunities to engage with the automotive industry in the future and contribute to China’s manufacturing industry.” These simple yet heartfelt words became the most moving interpretation of ‘Families and Company United.’ In the warm atmosphere, all the students held flowers, opened their arms and embraced their parents tightly, expressing their deepest gratitude and blessings to the family members who had accompanied them throughout their journey.

To encourage students from SINOTRUK families to strive for success and pursue their dreams, the Group presented those about to enter university with models of the SINOTRUK New Yellow River truck and suitcases bearing the exclusive SINOTRUK logo. It expressed the hope that, carrying the love of their families and the blessings of the “SINOTRUK family,” they will maintain their passion, keep their feet firmly on the ground throughout their studies, ride the waves of the new journey ahead, achieve success in their studies, and repay the high expectations of their families and country through hard work.

During the event, the employee families also visited the SINOTRUK Museum and the Shandong Heavy Industry Future Technology Exhibition Hall. Accompanied by their parents, the children listened to the story of SINOTRUK’s development, gained an appreciation of its spirit of striving, experienced up close the remarkable milestones of China’s automotive industry, and immersed themselves in the company’s strong manufacturing heritage and technological capabilities.

Every leap forward made by the company would be impossible without the steadfast dedication of every employee, and even more so without the quiet support of thousands of families behind them. Since the beginning of this year, all SINOTRUK people have worked tirelessly while employees’ families have provided their wholehearted support, helping the Group once again achieve record-high operating performance and deliver another outstanding result as SINOTRUK approaches its centenary. Looking ahead, SINOTRUK will continue to deepen joint efforts between families and the company, further enhance the warm culture embodied in “Work at SINOTRUK, Find Happiness at SINOTRUK,” and move forward in unity with employees and their families toward an even better future.

The event was attended by heads of relevant SINOTRUK departments, trade union chairpersons or leaders responsible for the relevant work at secondary-level units, as well as employee representatives from families with students who took the 2026 National College Entrance Examination and their family members.
